Stayed at a great hotel with beautiful surroundings and helpful staff. Enjoyed the peaceful location and the opportunity to explore the nearby attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the hotel provided free WiFi and parking. The restaurant had exceptional food with a varied menu and the option of wine pairing. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was a bit far from the main town, requiring a short drive through a less pleasant area. Limited options for activities or dining within walking distance.

Exceptional architecture, location in the middle of the countryside but three minutes from the city! what a fabulous advantage and opportunity to recharge your batteries after an intense city visit...yet so close to the city! staff not only helpful but warm and friendly yet professional. Moreover, the chef at their restaurant,the zafferano, is outstanding...I except Michelin will make a visit to taste his food. what an added surprise and one of our most memorable meals in Sicily.

Fancy design hotel on the outskirts of town, car is needed, clean, great pool, very nice and competent staff, very good restaurant, very good airconditioning, breakfast is rich for italian standards, bar is open all day, lots of free parking in front of the house.

The one or other would have to be urgently renovated and painted, at first sight we felt the hotel as abgetakelt. Although everything is clean, it is missing however the cultivated impression, which one can expect with a 4-Sterne-Hotel for it the double room prices between 160, -/200, - € are already steep. The beds were ultra-hard, the worst in the whole vacation. Nothing for humans with back problems. In addition the mattress lies without ventilation from below on a concrete block. The very stylish furnishing is unfortunately not always practical. We found the open bathroom without any privacy and the bathtub with the high walls very unpleasant. No shower, when you take a bath or when you try to take a shower the surrounding wooden floor gets wet and can't dry properly in the corners that's why there was an unpleasant smell of mould in the room!

The hotel's location, just a short 7-minute drive from the city, offers a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Situated by a river with a beautiful pool and gardens, it provides a relaxing atmosphere amidst nature.

Excellent staff, excellent food, agreeable surroundings, good design sense, cosy and quiet.

Doors of the rooms at the ground floor are in glass. At night, although there are blinds, the light from above the exterior of the room door manages to sneek in. For people who go to bed after past mid- night there is no problem cause the lights are switched off some time after midnight.

We just had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a very quiet area just outside the city. It's a bit unconventional, but we loved being near the river and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed from air conditioning to a mini-bar. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the outdoor dining area. The swimming pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and car park made everything so convenient. We can't wait to come back!

Located on the outskirts of Ortigia, Caol Ishka Hotel offers a peaceful oasis away from the bustling city center. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the lovely garden and small infinity pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the hotel's outstanding restaurant, Zefferano, serves superb cuisine, with beautifully presented and delicious dishes. the hotel's location provides easy access to the stunning west coast and its beautiful beaches.

Some of the rooms may feel a bit cramped, especially the standard rooms which are quite small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green oasis. There is a possibility to go kayaking on the river to the bay of Syracuse. The breakfast had excellent quality fruits, cheese, and pastries. The restaurant on site served the best meal we had in Syracuse.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a fantastic pool that was perfect for lounging around on hot days. the food was amazing, with a menu that offered fresh and exciting dishes.

The location wasn't very walkable and we had to rely on taxis to get around. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved as we noticed some small issues with ants and missing light bulbs.
